Join us for an inspiring intensive into whole system growing this spring. From a meet-and-greet tasting to mini-sessions on soil seed and water stewardship, farm table nutrition, pollinator patterns and more, this Spring Intensive seeks to initiate more local growing efforts. This Mini Intensive is a sample of our Whole of Seed Course classes. A full 3-day Intensive will be offered in the fall.

Christian Meuli grew up in Albuquerque’s North Valley and practiced family medicine at Indian Health Service and Lovelace. He has practiced permaculture in Edgewood, NM, for decades and focuses on rainwater harvesting and maximizing the photosynthetic capacity of our land.

Koby Jeschkeit-Hagen

​​Koby is a whole systems and seeds designer, instructor and researcher. She has been farming and gardening for over 10 years in various climates from Minnesota to California. With a permaculture teaching certificate as well as a Masters in Regional Planning for Local Seed Systems, she aims to increase thorough land stewardship through seed regeneration.

Isaura Andaluz

Isaura is a beekeeper and seed steward working to increase resilience in native crops.
Joshua Cravens

Joshua has over 20 years saving heirloom varieties of seeds. From corn to quinoa throughout various parts of the United States, Joshua’s expertise in the field of arid crops has blossomed on his farm in New Mexico. He uses real-world seed crop experience mixed with the latest techniques in organic seed breeding to bring thorough, honest guidance to seed savers, from beginners to experts.
